31. The arbitration decision is binding on the parties, is without appeal but is subject to forced execution only after having been homologated in accordance with the procedure provided for in articles 645 to 647 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).

31. The arbitration decision is binding on the parties, is without appeal but is subject to compulsory execution only after having been homologated in accordance with the procedure provided for in articles 946.1 to 946.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25).
